Hey they are consistent! So am I. Ordered the same foot long ham sandwich but this time with Italian bread. Again, there was only 1 person working and I just wish they would staff 2 people in the South Beach stores since it is safer and sometimes the line gets long. The place was clean and everything looked fresh.

Subway is Subway, so the best I can say is that the food is consistent with other Subways I have been to. The prior reviews about surly staff are spot on, which is why this Subway only gets two stars from me.

I go to this subway frequently and I always receive excellent customer service. I am greeted when I come in. The employees are very friendly and always say 'thank you' and 'have a good day'. Today, when leaving she said "don't forget your keys and phone". It's the little things that make a difference. Thank you!

I love subway every once in a while but I have never had a good experience at this subway. The manager does not like when people mention promotions and there is a server there who, every single time I have come there has had the worst attitude you could have. She is miserable, speaks low, and gets visibly angry all the time for no reason. It feels as if you're causing her a huge burden by asking for Lettuce on your sub. The food is always good so that's the only reason it gets 2 stars from me but the customer service is atrocious.

Late night eats to satisfy for a good price. I really like their "Spicy Italian" sub's. And how can you beat a foot long for $5. I have popped into this location several times. It is very clean and convenient with a small parking lot. (free) well if you are lucky enough to find parking. The meat, ingredients, vegetables and other toppings were so fresh. They made my sandwich toasted just how I like it. The staff are not rude here but they are like robots, not much smiling going on here. So service is spotty otherwise they would get a higher rating. My sandwich was delish. They have those awesome cookies three for $1.59, oh man they are good. I normally get peanut butter or oatmeal raisin, but they have a new flavor, cranberry cheesecake. I did get one but it was to sweet for me. Check out their cookies though, they are pretty good. Smile, you will feel better.

Okay, this is a subway and will not say that it is the best restaurant place in the world or anything like that. However... Compared to other subways I like this one very much. There is never really that much of a line and the staff, including the manager, are always very friendly. They also have both sweet and unsweet tea which for some reason makes me very happy. Just one note: DO NOT PARK IN THEIR PARKING LOT!!! Seriously, pay the 50 cents and park on the street for ten minutes. People park like idiots in the lot and will block you in.

Knocking out a star because parking here is a problem- either there is parking or there isn't. I ordered the Spicy Italian and they were generous with the toppings as well as with the sauce- NICE! I absolutely loved the fact that they were quick with the service- no nonsense about it. Easy and simple. Also, they are opened 24 hours for those late night/early birds.

Dear Subway of Alton Road, After a grueling yoga session on a Saturday afternoon, I knew I needed to eat something before making my trek back to my house, in the Village of Palmetto Bay. Having just tried the turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich at the Subway on the Key, I knew that would be the best option for my delicate state. Having been nearby, this was the closest Subway option, and my friend and I made a beeline. You were kind of busy when we arrived, and we had a minor wait. Finally, time for ordering. I noticed that this Subway was quite skimp on the ingredients, from the turkey, to the avocado, to the veggies, it seems that I got the bare minimum of everything. But alas, my sandwich was made, and we sat down to stuff our faces. My friend had ordered an all veggie sandwich and hers was overloaded with the veggies! I enjoyed my sandwich nonetheless and was glad to have satisfied my grumbling stomach. An ok Subway experience. I guess I'll be back if I find myself hungry on SoBe again. But maybe think about being a little more generous to your customers. You might find you keep them longer! Good luck, SabrinaAnna*

I love subway but this is the worst location. There is a national commercial saying $5 dollars for a 6 inch at all the Subways (and the commercial does NOT say only at participating locations) it is a national promotion. When I mentioned this too the manager there he argued with me until he finally gave me the deal but told me not tell anyone about it.
